Uri Argov
President and CEO, Member of Board of Directors

Uri Argov founded Tourico Holidays with his wife, Miriam, in July 1994. Under his direction, Tourico Holidays was selected three times by INC Magazine as one of the Top 500 fastest growing companies. In 2002, together with Mr. Oren Hadar, Argov founded Travel Global Systems (TGS); a technology company that develops state-of-the-art solutions for travel operations, revenue management, data mining and reservation systems. Argov led the merger of Tourico Holidays, TGS and Last Minute Travel in 2004 to create Travel Holdings Inc. In addition to leading the company, Argov is personally involved with several charities that assist children with terminal diseases, among them Give Kids The World and LEV. Prior to arriving in the U.S., Argov was a charter pilot as well as a managing executive in Tourico Travel & Tours, which was one of the largest travel companies in Israel. Argov received his B.S. in Geology and Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is a lead singer of a folk band and a commercial pilot with more than 3,000 flight hours.
Robert Fischer
CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fischer has 30 plus years experience in the field of finance, accounting, information systems and operations. During these past three decades he specialized in software implementation to create financial reporting structures, re-engineered Accounting and Finance Departments to full competence levels and created operational efficiencies at leading companies across various industries. Among these companies was Certified Vacations, Inc., where he was Senior Director of Finance/Controller and Jet Aviation International, Inc. where he held the post of Vice-President Finance/Corporate Controller. Mr. Fischer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Asi Ginio
Chief Product Officer

Mr. Ginio joined Tourico Holidays in 1999 to help run its group sales department. In less than a year, he established the Tourico Holidays' Product Development Department which today oversees more than 23,000 direct contracts with travel related suppliers around the globe. Mr. Ginio oversees the Product Development offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Mr. Ginio is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
Amir Kalmar
Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Kalmar joined Tourico Holidays in 1996, as the sixth employee of the Company. As Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Chief Marketing Officer,he oversees the international sales team, customer support and marketing arms for the wholesale, travel agent and direct-to-consumer markets. Prior to joining Tourico Holidays, Mr. Kalmar was the General Manger of the Days Inn Oceanside in Miami Beach. This 200 room, high-rise hotel was the top performing property in the chain. Mr. Kalmar received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and bi-lateral studies from Tel Aviv University. He holds a Master in Business Management and Hospitality from Florida International University.
Stephen Skidgel
Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Skidgel manages operations at Travel Holdings where he directs the Worldwide Reservations, Group Sales & Operations, Customer Support and Contract Administration. Bringing 21 years of experience in the industry in Sales, Management and Operations, Steve joined Travel Holdings in 2005 to develop worldwide cruise product and still maintains oversight in this area. Prior to joining Travel Holdings, Steve's career is highlighted by 10 years with Cruises Only where he served as Senior member of Sales and Operations bringing a small entrepreneurial entity to the largest single distributor of cruises in the world and formally traded on the NASDAQ. Additionally, Steve spent 5 years as Vice President of Travel Operations at Global Travel International and is a graduate of West Virginia University.
Wendy E. Friedberg
Chief Legal Officer,Corporate Administration

Wendy Friedberg has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Tourico Holidays since 2004. Prior to that Friedberg was a partner at Aidif & Friedberg, PA, where she represented clients in a variety of venues, including state trial and appellate courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, National Labor Relations Board and arbitrations. Friedberg has been admitted to the New York and Florida bars since 1986. She is a graduate of State University of New York at Binghamton, Harpur College, and State University of New York at Buffalo. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Association for Corporate Counsel Central Florida Chapter, and previously served on the Board of the Jewish Academy of Central Florida.

Oren Hadar
Chief Technology Officer for Travel Holdings, Inc.
Chief Executive Officer of Travel Global Systems (TGS)


Mr. Hadar heads up the technology division for Travel Holdings, Inc., as well as overseeing day-to-day operations of Travel Global Systems (TGS) a wholly owned technology development company. The Internet Technology team at TGS Israel Development, Ltd., consists of 33 professionals including a research and development team and a quality assurance team. He is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University.
Jason Soss
President of Global Business Development for Travel Holdings, Inc.

Based in the company's Atlanta office, Soss is responsible for analyzing all new business opportunities, developing new market initiatives, and managing Travel Holdings largest partnerships. Soss has specialized, high-level insight in travel sectors including global airline distribution, online travel agencies, vacation rentals, timeshare markets, online advertising sales and travel technology platforms. Soss is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Travel Holdings' newest company launching within the year, which will develop and market Travel Holdings entry into the vacation rental space. Soss holds a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.
Dermot Quigley
Executive VP of Global Product Development

Dermot Quigley joined Tourico Holidays in 2006 as Director of Product Development in New York. After improving profitability by 185% within two years, he moved into more senior roles incorporating revenue management strategies. Today, Quigley is the Executive VP of Global Product Development for Tourico Holidays, responsible for all hotel contracting and global chain commercial agreements. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Quigley moved to the U.S. in 1994 to attend The Park School, Baltimore on scholarship. He then attended The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University graduating in 2002 as the only member of his class with Honors and Distinction. Prior to Tourico Holidays, Quigley demonstrated proven innovation and success within various roles at Marriott and Fitzpatrick properties.

Ofir Cohen
Executive Vice President – Strategic Development

Born in Israel in 1966, Ofir became a certified tour guide in 1989 after his military service, and quickly became a force in the group travel industry. Ofir joined Tourico Holidays in 1996 to create and direct the company’s comprehensive group operations across all channels. Ofir’s mission to provide clients with the best service and the best rates helped him grow within Tourico Holidays from operations to product development to sales and to the current strategic development of ancillary products – Activities, Cars & Transfers, Mauiva AirCruise™ and PONCOU. A graduate of Haifa University in Israel, Ofir holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology & Anthropology, and in Children’s Education. He is affiliated with several professional organizations such as American Bus Association, Mountain Travel Association and the Travel Industry Association, to name a few.
Lauren Volcheff
Executive Vice President of Marketing

Lauren Volcheff joined Tourico Holidays in 2007. As the Vice President of Marketing, Volcheff oversees the translation, promotion and design teams and is the spokesperson for Travel Holdings, Inc. With nearly ten years of global marketing experience, Volcheff started her career at Alltech, a global biotechnology company, she quickly excelled through the ranks to become Senior Global Brand Manager, where she was responsible for the company’s number two global brand. Volcheff graduated with a BA in Business - Global Marketing from University of Wisconsin Madison.
Tammy James
Executive Vice President of Global Sales Administration

As the Executive Vice President of Global Sales Administration for Tourico Holidays, Tammy James has managed a support and customer service team to assist the global sales team and clients since 2006. James plays an integral role in interdepartmental process and policy formation. James made the shift to the travel industry after nine years working for various government agencies, primarily as a paralegal. James graduated Coastal Carolina University with a BA in Sociology.
Doron Zohar
Executive Vice President of Professional Services

Doron Zohar joined Travel Holdings in 2011 as Director of Product Integration and was appointed Executive Vice President of Professional Services in 2012. Zohar leads all client and product engineering and technological activities. Over the last 15 years, Doron held various key client and product management positions in leading international companies. Zohar holds a B.S. in Information Systems Engineering from Technion.
