Travel Holdings Expands in Japan; Names Koichi Anju to Managing Director

ORLANDO, Fla. - (March 20, 2006) – Travel Holdings, a worldwide travel distribution company, has rapidly expanded in Japan with the opening of a new regional office in Tokyo and has named Koichi Anju the Managing Director of Travel Holdings-Japan, Inc.

Koichi will head up the launch of Travel Holding's worldwide B2B company, Tourico Holidays, throughout Japan.

As part of Travel Holding's expansion in Japan, the Orlando, Fla.-based global travel provider has launched its Tourico Holidays web site in Japanese with its full offerings of worldwide hotel and cruise products. In addition, the company will launch a 24/7 support team fluent in Japanese to give local operational support and assist the growing number of wholesalers and tour operators in Asia.

As the newly appointed Managing Director of Travel Holdings-Japan, Inc., Anju will be based in the Tokyo office and will work to establish offices within the region in addition to expanding the business and inventory for both incoming and outgoing trips. Anju has been involved in the international travel industry for more than 10 years and most recently worked for Gulliver's Travel Associates where he was responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and new business development in Japan.

The new web site, fully translated in Japanese, will provide host to host (H2H) connection support in Tokyo from Travel Global Systems (TGS), the technology and software company of Travel Holdings, Inc. H2H allows wholesalers and travel agents the capability to connect to Tourico Holidays with inventory currently available in more than seven languages.
